About the Creator + Founder

Jamie Franzino is the plant based food chef of Sprouted in Love who currently resides in Bergen County, New Jersey. Jamie has over 13 years working in the organic health and wellness food service industry. She believes that in order to live a mindful + balanced life that is considerate of all beings, as well as the planet Earth, that fostering a conscious intention toward incorporating plant based choices in day to day life takes into consideration sustainability and regeneration, both of which are our responsibility as a collective.
